The ecology unit’s filtration systemis one of the crucial parts in kitchen ventilation criteria. The exhaust from cooking generally contains grease particles, dust, vapor and organic compounds. The multi-stage filtrationcomponents include pre-filters, electrostatic precipitators (ESP), bag filters and carbon filters.The pre-filter is for dust and big particle removal, and then smoke goes through the ESP filter and bag filters for grease particle collection. The carbon filters are mainly for odor removal. Combinations can be arbitrarily matched according to customer requirements.
