(1) Leave maintenance space for piping design

With the increase of service time, there will be dirty oil and dust in the fan blades and pipes of the smoke exhaust ventilation system, the resistance will increase, and the efficiency of the fan and pipe of the system will decrease. Therefore, the problem of system function decline should be considered in the design, with appropriate allowance, and the cross-sectional area of pipeline should be slightly larger than the calculated cross-sectional area. The smoke exhaust pipe and fresh air pipe should also be different, and the smoke exhaust pipe should have more space.

(2) The pipeline setting should be simple and smooth

After the layout of kitchen equipment is determined, the smoke exhaust and ventilation pipe is designed according to the position of smoke hood and exhaust diffuser. Especially when multiple smoke exhaust pipes and fresh air pipes are set in the same space and the structure space is limited, for example, the height of the kitchen is limited, or the ventilation population is limited, the space structure determines the position of the pipe and the population. The pipeline installation should be simple and smooth, try not to cross and overlap, and leave space for installation and maintenance. According to the position and direction of the pipe, the pipe should be designed reasonably to meet the requirements of the sectional area, length and direction of the smoke exhaust pipe. This needs to examine the kitchen structure in advance and make reasonable planning. According to the actual structure of the kitchen, the pipeline direction is selected, and then the pipeline material is selected according to the height, shape, wind speed and air flow characteristics of the pipeline.

(3) Reduce pipeline resistance

According to the overall arrangement of the space structure, the system pipeline shall draw the plane layout of the system, and draw the elevation layout or axonometric map when necessary, so as to shorten the length as far as possible, cut the bend and straighten it, strive to be smooth and straight, reduce the application of 90 ° and less than 90 ° elbows, minimize the pressure loss, and provide the design drawings and requirements to the project management personnel as soon as possible, In order to air conditioning, fire, heating, water pipes, power supply and other pipe space coordination.

(4) There is a gap for pipeline installation and maintenance

Pipelines should be installed in parallel as much as possible to reduce overlapping and space occupation. There should be installation and maintenance gaps between government roads, between pipes and walls, beams and columns, with a total spacing of less than 150 mm.

(5) Pay attention to the direction of smoke exhaust

According to the local main wind direction, design the direction of the outdoor smoke exhaust outlet, use elbows, rain caps and other components to avoid the rising wind force, so as to avoid the windward when starting up the smoke exhaust, increase the resistance, and pour air into the room or float rain and snow when shutting down.

(6) Pay attention to the surrounding environment and reduce pollution

Even if the exhaust gas is discharged to the surrounding environment by the purifier, it should be treated as much as possible. If the hotel is building a low-rise room with a side building, the height should be determined according to the local wind direction and the type and distance of the surrounding buildings.

(7) Reduce vibration and noise

Due to the vibration and noise generated by smoke exhaust fan and pipe exhaust outlet, vibration and noise reduction devices should be installed, and the installation position should be far away from private rooms, guest rooms, conference rooms and surrounding residential buildings and offices, so as to avoid interference and trouble.

(8) Pay attention to sealing to prevent leakage

There will be dirty oil and waste water flowing out of the exhaust pipe, and the rain and snow floating in will also produce dirty water. Therefore, the horizontal section of the pipe should be equipped with slope and sewage nozzle. Determine the slope and the position of the outlet of the sewage pipe, and prevent the dirty oil and water from flowing through the kitchen in the pipe, so as to avoid leakage and contamination of food. The horizontal section of the kitchen exhaust pipe should be set with a slope of not less than 2%, and the slope should face the exhaust hood. An oil collecting ditch is set around the lower edge of the cover opening, and an oil drain pipe is installed at the bottom of the ditch.

(9) The installation of air valve shall be easy for installation and maintenance

The kitchen exhaust pipe should have the function of fire prevention and backflow prevention. The air valve should be installed on the pipeline, that is, the valve for fire protection, and the space for installation, maintenance, observation and operation should be reserved. The horizontal pipeline should be equipped with cleaning inspection holes, so that the cleaning personnel can regularly remove the oil and dirt deposited in the pipeline.
