Boton Air Electrostatic Precipitator ESP Filter have been specifically designed for the production lines on PVC based products, such as PVC synthetic leater, PVC gloves /latex gloves/vinyl gloves, PVC non-slip mat/yoga mat, PVC plastic/vinyl Flooring, PVC wallpaper, PVC tarpaulin, PVC flex banner/PVC lampbox fabric, PVC conveyor belts, PVC plastic wire mesh and PVC cables etc.
The oily smoke is collected by the fume hood and is drawn through the main ventilation duct into the heat exchanger. Before entering into industrial electrostatic precipitator, the oily fume temperature is cooled down to a certain temperature (normally around 40 ℃), which would be an ideal condition for industrial electrostatic precipitator(ESP) treatment efficiency.
During the process of producing PVC Products, DOP/DOTP/DINP plasticizer is volatilized and becomes oily particulates in the exhaust gas. Normally the volatilization rate is about 10%-15%. After cooled down by heat exchanger, the exhaust gas is filtered by Boton’s electrostatic precipitator with 96.4% smoke purification efficiency and over 95% valuable oil collection efficiency. The collected oil (mostly DOP, DOTP, DINP) can be recycled or used as raw oil or can be sold to waste oil recovery company. In this way, the equipment investment cost will be paid back in a short period.
