Refund Policy

Our products are large machines which are inconvenient for transportation. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange service.

Before loading the goods, all machines should be checked and tested to guarantee normal operation. And we have 24 months (since your purchase) warranty, if any malfunction during warranty, please send us photos and videos for confirmation and then we offer free spare parts for replacement.
