The Influence of Environment on Air Flow of Kitchen Ventilation System

The guest rooms, private rooms, open stalls and open restaurants of high-end hotels have high requirements for environmental noise and air quality. For example, open kitchens and open stalls in high-end hotels should not only exhaust oil fume, but also create a good interactive environment with guests to avoid noise interference. This requires increasing the exhaust air volume, increasing the cross-sectional area of the flue and reducing the air flow speed. In the calculation of exhaust air volume of smoke exhaust hood in open kitchen, factors such as air leakage, increase of pipe resistance, decrease of fan efficiency, air disturbance and so on should be considered. There should be room for selecting wind speed to increase the reliability of the system.
